Who is behind Bright Noise?

Gabriela Sarosiek is the founder of Bright Noise, a communications studio working with startups and scaleups building technology for good.

Her interest in purpose-led work began earlier in her career, when she helped launch pandemic preparedness communications for the World Health Organization and developed communications for refugee resettlement schemes with the UK Government.

After several years in corporate communications supporting global financial and professional services firms, Gabriela went freelance in 2026.

Her first client was a legaltech startup widening access to justice for everyday people. The work reminded her how meaningful communications can feel when connected to problems that matter to real people. Bright Noise grew from there.

Today, she works with tech startups tackling the issues facing everyday people across issues such as health, justice, education and policy.
